Do you charge per pet?

No! Rates are based on time, not the number of pets. You can choose from 20-, 30-, or 40-minute visit options

How do I schedule services?

New clients: Just fill out the Contact Us form, and I’ll reach out to set up a meet-and-greet.
Current clients: Log into your Time To Pet account to request services quickly and easily.

Will you do every other day cat visits?

For safety reasons, I require one visit every 24 hours for all cat care. Too much can go wrong when cats are left alone: automatic feeders can fail, water can spill, doors can shut, or sudden health issues like urinary blockages can arise and need prompt attention.

Do you board pets?

No, I don’t offer boarding. All services are drop-in visits at your home, where your pets are most comfortable and stress-free.

What if my return is delayed?

No worries at all. I’ll continue caring for your pets until you’re safely home. Just keep me updated as best you can.

What are your payment policies?

Full payment is due before the start of your scheduled visits.

What are your payment methods?

I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, Zelle and Venmo.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full visit fee.

Do you charge extra for holidays?

Yes, there’s a $5 per visit holiday surcharge on the following days:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
